The 4-Year Narrative
I operate at the intersection of spatial logic and complex regulatory frameworks. My focus is the front-end design and feasibility of large-scale critical infrastructure—navigating state approvals, maximizing yield, and driving consultant coordination.
Stepping into registration this year, my goal is delivering highly technical, constraint-heavy projects efficiently, without compromising design intent.

Critical Infrastructure
My primary focus is the masterplanning and delivery of hyperscale critical infrastructure campuses. These are rarely single buildings; they are multi-facility campuses ranging from 96MW modular templates up to 1GW+ "GIGA" IT capacity.
I drive the process from initial site acquisition to Development Application. Given a target MW and basic layout, I conduct independent regulatory research to identify future planning impacts, generating site plans, floor plans, and contextual 3D massing diagrams.
We iterate rapidly on modular templates to produce the final Concept Pack—typically including Twinmotion and AI-generated photomontages for Front of House and data hall design. Once approved, I transition the project into the DA phase, producing the rigorous, highly-coordinated drawing sets required by council and state planning.

03 / Technology
The Tech Stack
Traditional visualization pipelines can be a massive bottleneck during feasibility. I use a modern tech stack to speed up front-end design and spatial testing.
BIM & Data
I use advanced Revit modelling and Dynamo visual programming to automate repetitive tasks, manage complex spatial data, and iterate fast without losing momentum.
Rapid AI Visualization
For concept studies, I often bypass long rendering times in Twinmotion by integrating AI-driven workflows. I use Adobe Firefly, MagnificAI, and Nano Banana 3.1 Pro to rapidly generate, upscale, and refine high-quality aesthetic studies.
04 / Systems
Systems & Strategy
A great design concept is useless if it can't be built or approved. I approach architectural delivery through systems thinking—identifying the bottlenecks and constraints early, whether they're council overlays, site limits, or consultant clashes.
By optimizing the process from early concept to delivery, I make sure the original design intent actually survives the realities of construction documentation.
05 / Validation
Sebastian has a rare ability to balance intense technical constraints with high-quality design outcomes. His work on the hyperscale data centre layouts saved us weeks of consultant clashes.
The rapid 3D prototyping and AI visualization workflows he introduced completely changed how we pitch concepts to clients. We can now iterate in real-time during meetings.
