Project Thesis
Concept design for 10 unique apartments in a mixed-use development. Each apartment is a different design targeted to a particular customer profile based on life situation and price point.
With many new apartments being released in Newcastle, the goal was to take steps to differentiate and offer something more unique. Sustainable design was a priority. The building was designed to be constructed from CLT (per XLAM) and to have excellent cross & stack ventilation, natural light, and to incorporate nature into the design.
