Musos Corner

Adaptive re-use of an existing car showroom to accommodate a music retail space, offices, and warehouse back-of-house areas.

The project required change-of-use analysis and targeted upgrades driven by NCC/BCA compliance, particularly fire safety strategy, egress, and accessibility, without breaking the client's operational workflows. Modelled the existing building from a point cloud, produced concept layouts, and coordinated early specialist input (fire/structural) to identify upgrade triggers. Iterated the design against QS cost plans to maintain viability.
