A new club house facility for Wests Netball, providing modern amenities, change rooms, and gathering spaces for the local sporting community.

Managing the final stages of construction, resolving outstanding contractor defects, and ensuring all compliance certificates were collated for handover. Successfully issued the Practical Completion certificate. Managed the final defect list and coordinated closely with the builder to ensure the facility was handed over at the expected quality standard.
