Project Summary

A public community facility delivered as part of developer contributions associated with an aged-care development. The built scope comprises an enclosed kiosk building, a glazed seating space, and an open planted structure.

The DA design was approved but had unresolved compliance, coordination, and constructability issues that required substantial design development and documentation before construction could commence under a Design & Construct (D&C) framework. Engaged by Richard Crookes Construction, I translated DA conditions into buildable documentation. I closed compliance gaps (access and egress), coordinated specialist input, and managed a strict revision tracking process while supporting value management to protect the fixed budget.
